As I am trying to settle into new routines and a new publication schedule, I am realizing that the Annie Awards has moved its timeline. For years, I remember our final vote deadline being Martin Luther King Jr. weekend. Now, we are still being sent screeners and they are seeking nominees. I am not quite sure when that all shifted, but it definitely does bring the Annies in line with other major awards in the season.
We did get some online screeners last year that I wrote about, but there might be newer content for me to profile in the future. Stay tuned!
