He swung to attack me and fortunately for us both, stopped short. “You need to be careful,” he chastised me. “I’m trained to kill.” “Do you have a picture? I want to see what this man looks like who claims to be my father, if there is any resemblance at all.” “My instructions are to bring you to his prescence. If I show you his picture, and you refuse to come along, I cannot guarantee that you will be safe. If you know, they will want to torture you.” I tried not to laugh. “Who, me? I’m just some tramp who slept around and showed off on the Internet.” “There she is!” I heard someone shout, in a voice less than friendly. The stranger grabbed my wrist. “Run!”
